Simple, transparent pricing
Pay once for one issue, or subscribe for ongoing coverage. Linked notices from the same dispute stay together; credits cover AI work.
Cases
A case is one issue or dispute. Plans start with an included monthly case allowance, and extra case capacity can be added in bundles of 5.
Linked PCNs
Multiple PCNs for the same vehicle, location, authority, and continuous parking period count as one case, not one case per PCN.
Credits
Credits are used for AI-heavy work such as document analysis, evidence comparison, legal research, and appeal drafting. You can add more credits without increasing your case allowance.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a One-off Issue?
A one-time payment that gives you AI-assisted access to handle one issue in a case. If several PCNs form one linked continuous-contravention dispute, they stay in that one case.
Do multiple PCNs count as multiple cases?
Not when they are genuinely linked. If the same vehicle stayed in the same location during one uninterrupted parking period, the app treats the PCNs as one case and uses credits for the extra analysis work.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are consumed each time you use token-intensive features such as document analysis, appeal generation, or AI research. Monthly and annual subscribers receive a fresh allocation each billing period.
Can I add more cases without changing plan?
Yes. Subscription plans start from their included monthly case allowance, and additional case capacity can be added in batches of 5 when needed.
Can credits unlock more cases?
No. Cases and credits do different jobs: case bundles increase how many cases you can open, while credit top-ups add AI capacity for the cases you already have.
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing date.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfers available for annual business plans on request.
